This place always have a great service and great workers. But today it's all about Lexi, I want to thank Lexi for cutting my hair the second time. You're so amazing at what you do, you are so talented, and you sure know how to satisfy your customers. Thank you.

To the entire staff I have cleaned up the dumpster are a half a dozen times. If the dumpsters are gone stop throwing your black bags of hair on the ground. It's disgusting.

I checked in using the app at noon. My estimated time was a 23 minute wait. I arrived at 12:16 PM. I was on deck for another 20 minutes without anyone getting me into a chair. Two of the three employees sat there going over paperwork and reading a book when they could’ve been cutting my hair. I decided to walk out and go elsewhere. I will never go back to this location.
