I checked in using the app at noon. My estimated time was a 23 minute wait. I arrived at 12:16 PM. I was on deck for another 20 minutes without anyone getting me into a chair. Two of the three employees sat there going over paperwork and reading a book when they could’ve been cutting my hair. I decided to walk out and go elsewhere. I will never go back to this location.

What a joke i was the first person in the door this morning. my intended wait 25 min. After 4 other people walked in my intended wait time 2hrs 20 min. The stylist walked up and called the last person in. One girl cutting 3 in the back having a chat session.A terrible hair cut at best but it used to be convenient. Now NEVER AGAIN

Checked in online. Scheduled for 6:19 pm tonight to get in. As I waited for 30 minutes, a couple with a kid walks in. They were going to check in which would have put them with a 1 hour plus wait time. But they knew one of the girls working and so she told them not to worry about signing in. Next thing I know, that girl working at sport clips finished with the customer who she was working with and instead of going down the list, she told that couple to come Back so the kid and husband could get a haircut. They didn’t even wait 5 min. and I was scheduled to get in earlier but the online schedule isn’t working properly or something. But even then I waited thirty minutes inside the salon. It was a joke, I got up and left. I guess if you know someone at sport clips that will get you in then your all set. My whole family will not be going here anymore. Hope they’re fine with losing 15 customers and anyone else that wants a recommended salon which won’t be sport clips. After this whole mess, went to a different salon and got in less than 10 minutes. Got the precision hair cut I needed. I recommend going somewhere else than sport clips.
